Alternatively, for a more personal service, we offer a Private Transfer service to Sydney Airport and Cruise Terminals.

Our team will be in contact 48 hours prior to your trip to organise your pick up. For transfers to Newcastle Airport, our drivers will pick you up from the front door of any major Newcastle Hotel. For transfers from Newcastle Airport to the CBD and surrounds, our professional drivers will meet you at the airport Arrivals terminal to take all the stress out of the process.

For cancellations earlier than 24 hours of your booking, a full refund will apply. For cancellations between 24 and 12 hours of your booking, a 50% refund will apply. Unfortunately, for cancellations within 12 hours of the booking, a refund will not be possible. If you need to cancel your booking, it’s best to do so as early as possible. For flights departing Newcastle Airport, Newcastle Connections aims to get you to the Airport an hour before your flight, leaving you plenty of time to check in and board. For incoming flights, you will be met by your professional driver within 15 minutes of your flight. Please have your mobile phone on so we can contact you if necessary.

Unlike a public bus, our vehicles can be fully equipped with booster seats and child seats. Please let us know the ages of your children when you book your seat, so that we can ensure we have the appropriate child seats available for your trip.

Yes, as per legislation, all vehicles are fully equipped with seatbelts in all seats.

To provide the most efficient pick up, and ensure our drivers know exactly what time to schedule the service, it is important for our drivers to know your flight number or flight times.

If your pick up is scheduled for after dark, please leave a light on out the front of your house. Street numbers can be impossible to see in the dark. We also ask that you have your mobile phone on so that we can contact you in case of any issues.
